1. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or requesting Vioify services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use the website for a business, you represent that you have authority to act for that business.
2. Vioify services
Vioify helps local businesses establish and manage processes for requesting honest customer reviews, monitoring publicly available review activity, drafting responses, and reporting workflow activity. The exact scope, timing, fees, responsibilities, and deliverables for paid work may be further defined in a proposal or service agreement.
3. Honest-review requirements
You agree not to use Vioify services to purchase, manufacture, or exchange reviews; request only positive or five-star reviews; gate requests based on expected sentiment; impersonate customers; or offer compensation that violates platform rules or applicable law. Customers remain free to decide whether to review and what feedback to provide.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, confirming that customer contact data was collected and may be used for the approved purpose, reviewing and approving messaging, honoring opt-outs, securing required permissions, and complying with applicable consent, identification, privacy, consumer-protection, and electronic-messaging requirements.
5. Google and third-party platforms
Vioify is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by Google. Google Business Profile, review, email, booking, CRM, and messaging platforms are controlled by third parties. Their availability, policies, features, and decisions are outside Vioify’s control.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
Vioify does not guarantee any number of reviews, particular rating, search ranking, lead volume, revenue, or customer response. Results depend on customer participation, service volume, existing reputation, contact-data quality, platform behavior, and implementation.
7. Fees and payment
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the advertised service is $450 as a one-time setup fee plus a $200 monthly retainer. Messaging, CRM, booking, or other third-party platform charges may be billed separately. Payment timing, cancellation, refunds, taxes, and additional work should be confirmed in the applicable service agreement.
8. Review responses and escalations
Vioify may prepare response drafts, but serious complaints, legal threats, safety concerns, discrimination allegations, or property-damage claims require client review and approval before publication. Clients remain responsible for final statements published in their name.
9. Website use
You may use this website for lawful informational and business purposes. You may not disrupt its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, misuse forms, scrape content in violation of law, or provide false or misleading information.
10. Intellectual property
The Vioify name, website, original copy, designs, processes, and materials are owned by Vioify or its licensors unless stated otherwise. Client-specific business information and pre-existing materials remain the client’s property. Rights to custom deliverables may be addressed in a separate agreement.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Vioify disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use, third-party platforms, or outcomes outside Vioify’s reasonable control.
12. Changes and termination
We may update the website or these terms as services and requirements evolve. We may restrict access where necessary to protect the website, users, or Vioify. Paid-service termination rights are governed by the applicable service agreement.
